Lazi Convent

The convent was built between 1887-1891 as a rest house for ailing missionaries and still to this day emits a sense of quiet and serenity. Upstairs is host to a small but interesting museum, which has a few antiquities and memorabilia. It is a great location to take some artistic photos of 100 year old plus original wooden artifacts, furniture and cloisters. Some of the windows also look to be original, but again like the church some much need love and attention is required to restore this building to its former splendor.
