Rhumbutan House was completed in January 2015 and is located by the beach in front of Baha Ba’r.
It has 1 large bedroom with a double bed but the living area can be converted into a second bedroom. The main bedroom has aircon and there is hot water in the 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). There is a small plunge pool for cooling off outside the front of the house which boasts unparalleled and unobstructed views to Apo Island. Rhumbutan House has a tropical front garden and private access to a small beach. The house is 1km from San Jan town and 30m in front of the Baha Ba’r.
