A place that still is not commercial and is behind Lugnason Falls
About 500m up from Lugnason are another set of beautiful and less known falls that can be found by taking a guide or ‘bushwhacking’. The water drop is not as high as Lugnason but the idyllic setting and virgin canopy around the falls are worth the one hour hike. It is really special to lay in the cool water and gaze around at the unspoiled river banks and luxurious vegetation….remember the scene in the kids cartoon ‘The Jungle Book’ with Mowgli by the river!….this is it!….This is just one of many secret locations like this on the island
